Responsibilities & Duties

Managing outreach activities including video, voice, text, and email communication
Responding to clients, customers, and partners via instant messaging services
Pitching potential clients and partners regarding business opportunities.
Negotiating with clients and customers for better deals.
Maintaining records of client, customer, and partner contacts.
Maintaining records of payments.
Collaborating with campaign managers, SEO teams, and the finance department.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
Minimum 1 year of experience
Excellent etiquette and communication skills
Proficiency in spoken and written English
Ability to converse smoothly with foreign clients
Ability to negotiate with clients
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive and proactive attitude and personality
Flexibility to maintain communication at off-hours
